LAKE OUACHITA · A DIVE TO REMEMBER
Fearless Rock honors Chief Special Warfare Operator (SEAL) Adam Lee Brown, a Hot Springs, Arkansas native. Created through the efforts of William Stevens and supporters, the underwater memorial gives divers a place to pause, reflect, and honor his life and service.
The memorial is in Lake Ouachita near Blakely Mountain Dam, on the eastern side of the lake. Published accounts describe shore access as well as boat access.
View the dam area →This map identifies the general area, not an underwater waypoint or approved entry location. Confirm current access and site orientation before diving.
A 2026 dive-site report places the memorial at approximately 20–25 feet. Actual depth changes with lake level; visibility, water temperature, and access can also vary. Ask Mike about current conditions and whether the site fits your group’s experience.
Visit with care. Maintain buoyancy, avoid stirring up sediment, and leave memorial plaques, coins, flags, and other tributes undisturbed. Coordinate any tribute placement with the memorial’s caretakers.
Interested in visiting during a Lake Ouachita dive day? Ask about Fearless Rock when requesting dates. Site selection and access are confirmed according to current conditions.

A capable 33-foot platform that gives Diamond Cove divers room to travel, prepare, enter the water, and return aboard as a team. Every trip begins with a clear plan and adjusts to the actual conditions on the water.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Bring your certification card and tell us your current training level when requesting the charter.
Be ready to discuss your most recent dives, comfort level, and the type of diving you want to do.
Ask what is included and what you should bring. Specialized dives may require specific personal equipment.
Weather, water conditions, visibility, and safety determine the final site and whether the charter operates.
